An online shop

Appointment booking
Your customers book, and your phone goes quiet.
An appointment, a viewing, a table, a workshop slot, a session: as soon as people have to ask you WHEN, your phone rings while you work. An online diary answers for you.
You stay in charge of what is open: your hours, how long each thing takes, the notice you need, what you do not want filling up. What you do not open cannot be booked.
The person picks their moment and gets their confirmation, then their reminder. You get yours at the same moment, and your diary is up to date without you touching it.
What happens next is yours: a cancellation that frees the slot, a waiting list, a deposit, a form to fill in before coming. We build whatever you are missing.

A private area for your customers
Each of your customers, at home.
Your customers need to find what concerns them, and you do not have time to send it again. A private area gives it to them, to them alone, and you stop touching it.
What goes in depends on your trade: documents, past orders, upcoming appointments, the progress of a case, photos, a history. You tell us what your customers ask you for most often; that is what goes in.
Each has their own access and sees only their own. This is not a box ticked on a screen: the separation is checked where the data is stored, and a coding mistake cannot show someone else’s file.
You put something in once. The person is told, and finds it again three months later without writing to you. Whatever existed before can be brought in, however old and however scattered.

The publisher

Hosting
This website is a set of files, with no database. It is hosted by Vercel Inc. and served from the European servers of their network.
The websites we build for our clients are served from the European Union, in Frankfurt.
Your answers to the questionnaire
Until you press “Send my answers”, everything you write stays IN YOUR BROWSER and goes nowhere: we see none of it. That draft lets you come back later, on the same device; the “Start over” button erases it.
When you send, your eight answers, your name and your address reach us by email, at bonjour@interligne.eu. They are used to answer you, and for nothing else: no newsletter, no resale, no automatic follow-up. The email is delivered by Resend, our sending provider.
To read again, correct or have deleted what you sent us, write to bonjour@interligne.eu: we answer within two working days. You may also lodge a complaint with the Commission nationale pour la protection des données (Luxembourg).
What the website does not do
No tracking cookie, no audience measurement, no social network button, no advertising. The website reads the time and the time zone of your browser to draw the sky; it sends them nowhere.
It keeps two things in your browser, and they never leave it: the language you chose, and the questionnaire draft described above.
